Adelaide's aerial roof documentation service.

RoofSight is operated by Francis Ramos, a CASA licensed Remote Pilot holding a Remote Pilot Licence for sub-25kg aircraft. That is a formal aviation qualification, assessed by Australia's independent aviation regulator, covering flight operations, airspace rules, weather conditions, and emergency procedures. Every flight is planned, conducted, and delivered by Francis personally. No subcontractors, no hand-offs.

I also hold a certification in Solar Power System Fundamentals from Global Sustainable Energy Solutions. When I am documenting your panels from above, I know what I am looking at visually — surface condition, shading, debris — and I report exactly what is observed. Nothing more, nothing less.

I started RoofSight because the problem felt obvious. Homeowners make significant decisions about their roofs, spending money, trusting strangers, signing off on jobs, without ever actually seeing what is up there. A licensed pilot with a drone changes that completely.

I hold an MBA in Marketing from the University of South Australia, completed in 2024. RoofSight is built on that foundation. A real business, run properly, with the homeowner at the centre of every decision.

When I am not flying, I am spending time with my family, out on the golf course, on the bike, or deep in something car or tech related. A typical Dad, just one who happens to see roofs from a different angle.
